1.The grinch
The Grinch is a classic Christmas movie. The Grinch movie covers so many lessons and themes such as Christmas isn’t so much about all the presents but it is about the spirit of Christmas and being with those you love. The Grinch is about this scary and mean creature who did not have a good Christmas experience many years ago and this experience led him to hate Christmas and everything involving christmas. He soon embarks on a new experience that shows him what Christmas is all about. The Grinch is a family-friendly christmas movie that is sure to bring a family together and teach everyone about the joy of christmas.
2. Home Alone
This movie is my all time favorite Christmas movie. I watch it every year during christmas time and it always makes me laugh. This movie is about 8-year-old Kevin, a mischievous kid who often feels ignored by his large family. While the family is preparing for a christmas vacation, Kevin gets in trouble the night before they are supposed to leave and gets banished to the attic overnight and just wishes his family would disappear. When he wakes up he sees that his wish came true and his family mistakenly left for their vacation without Kevin. Kevin is thrilled but his excitement soon comes to a stop when he realizes two men plan to rob the McCallister residence, and that he alone has to protect the family home
3. Christmas Vacation:
National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is one of the best Christmas movies to watch this year. It is a classic that everyone is sure to love and enjoy, and even get a good laugh out of it. In the movie Clark Griswold is determined to show his family a fun-filled, perfect family christmas, he pesters his wife Ellen and his kids to make sure everything is in line and that everything goes just as planned. However, things go south quickly. His extended family starts showing up unplanned and takes over his home. Clarks perfect vision of a perfect Christmas is quickly thrown into chaos.
4. Elf:
Elf is also one of my favorite Christmas movies, and is guaranteed to make you and your family laugh this holiday season. Elf is about Buddy the elf who was accidentally transported to The North Pole as a toddler and was raised by the elves in Santa’s factory. Buddy feels as though he doesnt fit in and doesn’t want to feel that way anymore so he travels to New York City, in his full elf uniform, in search of his real father. His dad is Walter Hobbs, a successful businessman, at first he doesn’t want anything to do with Buddy but after Buddy warms up to him Walter attempts to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy, with lots of chaos along the way.
